Out of 109 nominees from Rotary District 3780’s 109 clubs, only 12 outstanding individuals were selected through a rigorous screening and selection process. Dr. Delizo was proudly nominated by the Rotary Club of Bagong Silangan for his visionary leadership and dedication to making healthcare more accessible, innovative, and sustainable, in line with the World Health Organization’s Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-Being).
